Help & Support

Last updated 15 July 2026

Need help, or something's gone wrong? This page explains how to reach us, how to report another player, and what happens next. For anything at all, you can always email support@clubsquareone.com.

Report a player

In the game, right-click a player → Report… and pick the reason. Your report goes straight to our moderation queue with the chat around it, so we can see what happened. You can also right-click → Block to immediately stop seeing someone's messages and requests — you don't need to wait for us for that.

If you can't find the player in-game anymore, email us instead with their player name and what happened.

What happens to a report

A real person reviews every report. Reports about possibly illegal content or behaviour are reviewed within 72 hours; everything else is acknowledged within 7 days. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, warn, mute, or ban the player — or tell you we didn't find a breach and why.

Appeals — if you think we got it wrong

If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe that was a mistake, email support@clubsquareone.com within 28 days with your player name and why. Someone will re-review the decision against the records and reply within 14 days. If we got it wrong, we'll reverse it.

Report a bug

Use Esc → Report a Bug in the game (it opens an email with the details prefilled), or just email us describing what happened and where.

Parents & guardians

You can contact us about your child's account at any time — including asking us to restrict or delete it, or reporting an account you believe belongs to a child under the minimum age. Email support@clubsquareone.com and we'll help.

Still unhappy?

Complaints about how we handled something go to the same address — say "complaint" in the subject and it will be reviewed by the person responsible for safety and compliance. For privacy matters you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we'd appreciate the chance to help first.
